2. Handcrafted Authenticity & Specifications
Because our products are crafted individually with genuine silks, metallic zari, and beaten brass, dimensions may exhibit natural micro-variances of up to ±0.5 inches. Colors viewed on digital screens may vary subtly depending on device calibration.
3. Pricing and Currencies
All prices are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes. We reserve the right to revise prices for upcoming festive batches without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All motifs, imagery, text, and decorative designs are the proprietary intellectual property of Hunar Arts & Handicrafts Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising in connection with the purchase or delivery of Hunar Arts products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
